Gone Away
We're off to my mother's for a few days.
I've sorted the rabbit's litter trays. Carl will be minding them while we're gone. He was going to be here anyway- decorating the back room- so that's worked out very nicely.
I still need to pick the rabbits a parting gift of dandelion leaves and put a suet block out for the birds. And, yeah, I don't mind feeding starlings even though they are a rabble.
We leave just after lunch. We're hiring a car because ours is in fragile health and we don't trust it to do 400 miles without messing up. We hope to miss the London rush hour by stopping for tea this side of the M25.
I love it when a plan comes together.
So no posts here before Sunday night or Monday morning....

Re: visit
It was lovely to see you both. We had a reasonably good journey home. There were some delays on the M1, but you expect that, don't you?
