A Limited Universe

It seems like the moon landings did take place after all. The wonky shadows and the rippling flag can all be explained away. And the clincher is this: that scientists are still bouncing lasers off the reflectors that the astronauts left behind.

It's not that I wanted the Apollo programme to be a fake; It's just that I do so enjoy a good conspiracy theory. And this is one of the best. If only both scenarios could be true- the moon landings happened, but also they were faked. Why does the universe we inhabit have to be so either/or?

because Keirkegaard needed a catchy title?

Oh good grief, you think we might be living inside Kierkegaard's head? What a dreadful thought. But then again it would explain an awful lot....

Because schizophrenia frightens most who try it.

Yes, it's scary. I tiptoe up to it, poke it ever so tentatively with my stick and then scuttle back into the shadows.
