A Cautionary Tale

I was always told that cheese taken taken late at night causes nightmares. I never really believed it before. But  consider this sequence: at 10.30 pm I eat several ounces of stilton, at something after midnight I'm rooted to the spot while an evil man in a hat comes soft-shoeing it up the stairs. Fortunately these days I know that if I put enough effort into it I can wake myself up.

I'm sorry, but several ounces of stilton is nightmare enough. :)

Oh, but it's lovely stuff- so creamy, so piquant....

Next see if you can reenact "Dream of a Rarebit Fiend."

Mmm..... Welsh rarebit!

The ingredient that makes all the difference is Worcestershire sauce.

I can't somehow see Wallace, in his innocence, ever having nightmares.
