I thought I was doing myself good.
Not so, apparently.
"Pure fructose," says Ailz. "Really bad for your liver. Robert Lustig says one glass of orange juice does as much damage as ten pints of beer."
So I'm giving it up.
And maybe I'll lose the bicycle tire's worth of fat that's been building up around my middle.
