Last time I rode in a car with the roof down I was seventeen and we were doing a ton down the broad highway beside the Lac de Neuchatel and my mate Graham Leader was at the wheel. I don't know what kind of car it was but it was red- and that's the most important thing.
We used to laugh at the other young dudes in their sporty cars and call them mini-playboys. We were real playboys. At least Graham was. I was more like your actual poet. You know, soulful...

Graham went onto to become a film producer. At least I think he did. Leastways there's a film producer called Graham Leader and I've looked at his picture online and while my Graham had lots of hair and this Graham doesn't I think the smile's the same...
