poliphiloOur local Tesco has placards at the entrance urging us to celebrate the King's Coronation. It's the first such display I've seen.
I don't follow the mainstream media anymore, so I've no idea how much effort they're putting into promoting the event. I suspect not a great deal. Charles has never fluttered hearts. He's too odd, too self-involved- and his treatment of his first wife still rankles...
The last Charles-related story I was aware of featured activists from Stop Oil shoving chocolate cake topped with shaving foam into the face of his waxwork in Madame Tussaud's.
