You Never Can Tell

Ailz who is working up to becoming a full member of the Society of Friends is now interested in Biblical Criticism. That used to be an expertise of mine- but as I was warning her last night- while sketching out a few basics- my information is half a century out of date. i had books too- which might have come in useful- but of course I got rid of them in one of the regular purgings of my library- never thinking anyone would want to look at them again. It just goes to show how you never can tell...

It took me ages to become a full member- I finally did it in my mid thirties, but what suits is what suits! :o)

I don't think I'm going to take the step to full membership, but "never say never".
