More Beethoven (Please)

I find I like the little concert hall fims that orchestras put out- the ones that dive in and out of the ensemble, showing you who is making what sounds when. For someone like me- who has no musical knowledge or aptitude- they're instructive.

This afternoon I watched a performance of Beethoven's 8th by the Frankfurt Radio Symphony under Andres Orozco-Estrada- a compact little man who reminds me of Charlie Chaplin- what with the ballet dancing and the hair. Beethoven has such amplitude...
