poliphiloSergei is on the patio with an electric drill. He's dug us a soakaway and now he's making a hole in the outside wall. Earlier Tatiana folded him a paper hat to protect his shaven head from the sun and he looked cute in it. I notice he's not wearing it now....
"House isn't big enough" I said to him as we picked our way round one another in the kitchen.
There's a bulge in the living room wall where Sergei and Tatiana have almost broken on through from the other side. Can't be helped. I'll find something to cover it over; either move furniture around or source a very large picture from the shop at the recycling centre...
There goes the drill again. Whurrrrrr....
