Cold Turkey

poliphiloI'm going cold turkey on:
1. The Daily Mail. I've done two days so far. It's freeing up a lot of time.
2. The co-codamols I've been taking for I forget how long- possibly a decade, possibly two- because I'd like to know what this body feels like when it's not full of pharmaceuticals. I wasn't comfortable in bed last night- but then I never am- and I think I slept as much as I ever do...
