We've had a spell of warm weather- each day briefly claiming the title "hottest of the year" until the next day came along. Yesterday we were in London, seeing family we hadn't seen for over a year, and today I'm weary, weary, weary- but the spell has been broken and it's raining- which lets me off watering the garden for which I'm thankful. I stepped out the door this morning and breathed in the deep green smell of the dry earth taking in moisture...
