The Ghosts Of Disneyland
I've done the research and the ghosts at Disneyland include...
1. Uncle Walt himself, also his brother Roy- who have been seen wandering around the park as if inspecting it.
2. A red faced, red haired man, known as "Mr One Way" who gets into a car on the Tower of Terror, sits in an unoccupied seat but disappears during the course of the ride.
3. A sad little boy who is seen weeping at the exit to The Haunted House.
4. A white lady who looks Victorian and so probably pre-dates the theme park.
There are others.
Apparently a lot of people come to the park to scatter the cremated remains of loved ones. The staff are on the lookout for this and intercept most of them, but it's on the cards that a few will get through- and sometimes there are consequences. The weeping boy is said to be the result of a dump that succeeded.

Could any of those Disney ghosts be deliberate by the park, using Haunted Mansion-type technological gimmicks?

I doubt that Disney is manufacturing these ghosts, but who knows?
