Wintry Conditions Persist

This morning- as on Tuesday- the milkman left our delivery at the far end of the long drive we share with our neighbours- so I wrapped myself up like Captain Scott (slight exaggeration here), took my Gandalf stick in hand- and ventured out to fetch it...

Ailz wears a watch which- among other things- tells her what the temperature is at the nearby weather station in Goudhurst. The reading overnight was -4. Our own instruments are telling us that the current temperature here- in Matfield- is -0.8.
