Sodden

Chris has taken the big horse, Snowy, and moved her to a someone else's field- with a view to giving our grass a chance to recover. The grey donkey, Molly, was shouting for her.

It rained last night. It continues to rain today. The ground is sodden. The front path is a water feature.

The daffodils and other bulbs are sprouting up all over and I'm having to watch my step to avoid treading on them.

Snowy was the leader of that particular herd. Ails reckons the aggressive little Shetland pony will step up to fill her (horse)shoes.
