 I've been taking melatonin to help me sleep. And it works....

Only it made my dreaming feel a bit "off". Not weirder, rather the opposite- as if the rational mind were muscling into dreamworld and trying to reduce the images to some sort of order.

And failing.

But it was like having this bossy figure standing off to the side going, "Now let's be sensible."

And I didn't like it so I'm knocking it  off.

And using an alternative- a "Night time complex" containg various herbals, including poppy but not mandragora, with the really poweful element (so Ailz tells me) being montmorency cherry. 

 I've given it one go- and it seems to work. The would-be manager has been shown the door and the dreams are, if anything, even wilder than usual....
