Back To Life, Back To Reality

We booked an extra day off so we could go into Rochester and buy the complete set of Dickens we'd seen in the window of the country's largest second-hand bookshop; it cost us rather less than I was expecting. On our way home we stopped at Tesco's in Larkfield to buy doughnuts- and found that the cafe was open.

This is the first meal we've had out in over a year.
