Transitioning To British Summer Time

I went to bed an hour early to compensate for the clocks going forward.

At some stage of the night I found myself mired in a waking dream- not exactly a nightmare but not exactly pleasant either- featuring suitcases with their tongues hanging out. I was given to understand that they represented epidemics- and it would be best to steer clear of them.

I woke as I always do when the birds began to twitter. It's nice to know that from now on this will be happening at six o'clock instead of five.
