More Snow But Not A Lot

The person in the office of my mother's care company rang yesterday afternoon and said, "Please be understanding if the girls are late for work but SNOW!"

And it did snow overnight but not a great deal. The green spears of the daffodils are poking up through it.

I threw some salt at the drive yesterday. I need to go look and see if I need to throw some more.

So we're out of January. One more (short) month and we can begin telling ourselves it's spring.
