Ailz points out that my mother started taking codeine round about the time her mind started fogging up. Codeine- an opiate- is notoriously a fogger up of minds. Could the two things be connected?

There's a file on the Profumo affair that's still embargoed and is going to stay embargoed for the foreseeable future. Andrew Lloyd-Webber is leading a campaign to have it opened. This morning's Mail thinks it's terribly unfair that people are jumping to the conclusion that it's Prince Philip who's being protected.
