Eating Korean
Nov. 10th, 2019 09:12 amWe celebrated Su's birthday at Becky and Karen's. Karen had prepared a Korean feast. I don't often regret being a vegetarian but there was some beef that had been slow-cooked in soy sauce that tested my resolve.
There was a dip I kept coming back to that was basically sweetcorn in a cheese sauce- though there must have been more to it than that. We need to ask K for the recipe.
