I love the way he's riding out of the mouth of the beast - but is that a giant mouse at the top?

I did some digging around and found it's not unusual for the pale horse to be pictured riding out of the Hell Mouth.

I think the thing at the top is just a knobbly faced demon. There's also an angel in there- behind the rider. It's lost its head but its wing is still in evidence.
