poliphiloI've got a crick in my neck from (I think) poring over jig-saw puzzles. I've been over-indulging and need to cut down. In fact right now I need to refrain altogether because even a few minutes of it turns the condition from a niggle to a sensation like someone hammered a wedge between two of my vertebrae.
