"Change is good for the soul" was one of my father's favourite mottoes.

The other was "There's no fun like work." I'm less sure about that one.

The second... I've experienced it occasionally, but not consistently. :-)

Two years ago I stopped shaving, and started getting my hair buzzed off. Both good changes!
