Mine always likes the idea of broccoli! :o)

In normal times my attitude to green vegetables is "Bor-ing."

It's only sprouts that I really don;t like at all.

Once I've got over the fact that they're green and boring I quite like sprouts.

I'm one of the minority who have a faulty gene that makes me hate them, apparently!

Broccoli is a miracle food, or so they say. Like tomatoes!

Ailz roasted this batch. It was very tasty.

I've discovered late in life that most vegetables are hugely improved by roasting.
