My granny as a little girl, with her brothers (presumably) There's a note on the back that says "Tuesday afternoon" but doesn't give the date.

A very interesting staged portrait. It reminds me somehow of the portrait of Christopher Robin Milne or from around that time.

Yes, I don't suppose they were always so well behaved.

This'll be rather earlier than the Milne pictures. I don't know the date exactly but I'm guessing c. 1890. These children were all young adults when the Great War broke out.
