The churchyard has been allowed to run wild and is full of large daisies. It's a very peaceful place.
.This is a memorial to Annie, Lady Brassey- writer and traveller- who died and was buried at sea in 1887. Many items from her collection of curiosities and artworks can be seen in the museums at Hastings and Bexhill.
"She loved the God of Nature".
