Poor Visual Memory

"Can you describe the house?" Asks the caller. "So I can recognise it when I arrive."

"Well," I say, playing for time as I hurry outside, " It's a farm...and it's not very pretty...there's a nice garden and..." I'm on the front lawn now. "It's tile-hung."

Honestly, If I hadn't been in a position to check I would have said "weather-boarded."
