St Mary In The Marsh, Romney Marsh

The "H" shaped object in the right foreground marks the grave of the children's author E. Nesbit. It was carved from an old barge board by her second husband, Thomas Tucker.

It's a lovely church in a lovely setting.

Now this I would like to visit. I loved E. Nesbit books growing up and found her life quite interesting. And we have the same birthday 100 years apart.
