Spring Advances

Ailz and I sat out on the patio yesterday afternoon. I lasted longer than she did. The patio has walls on three sides, a glass screen on the fourth and enjoys its own micro-climate. It's so far ahead of everywhere else that the stone urn at its centre boasts a couple of tulips in full bloom.

I do rather miss the conservatory I had, back in East Sussex. From now until Autumn, it would be a beautiful spot to enjoy dinner, pleasantly warm, with lovely light beaming down quite often. And in Winter, ah, then it became my cider repository. =:D (Oh, I miss Middle Farm. I so wish they'd offer mail order)
