A Couple Of Dreams

1. The house was haunted. Items of furniture were floating around.

2. I had been chosen to cut someone's head off. With a dress sword. I was told the band would be playing "A Bicycle Made For Two". "But that's what my mother sang to me in the womb," I said.

Sounds interesting, especially the second. I'm curious, a "dress sword"...does that mean one of those ceremonial swords that's worn with the highest level of dress by some people? (as in American Marines' ceremonial uniforms, certain Mideast kings traditionally have one, as did some European princes)

What an unusual choice for "execution" music.

That's right, a dress sword is meant for show, not fighting, and would be a poor choice for a beheading- not nearly heavy enough.
