An Early Autumn?

Ailz turned the heating off last night- because it's midsummer and we don't need the radiators on- and the weather changed and it's been raining and blowing hard all night. The wind tore a lot of leaves off the trees. We had an early spring this year and it looks as though we'll have an early Autumn too. Some of the trees are already turning.

My cousin keeps banging on that there is no climate change. I tell there is, and its fluctuating all the time giving us weird weather. Yeah he is a denier.

My, that does look autumnal. So far, we've been having a reasonably temperate summer of the sort I remember from my youth, instead of some of the real screaming scorchers of the past couple of decades.

Ailz says the early Autumn has something to do with the winter being so wet.

Blew hard in North Kent all last night and has been grey all day today so I suppose an early autumn may be on the cards.

It might have been nice if we'd had a summer first though, especially as we didn't get one last year either!

Hey, this hasn't been that bad a summer, surely? I look at the pics I've been taking and see plenty of blue sky.
