The Atos Assessment

I hate this policy of dragging the disabled over the coals (I would: I'm caught up in it) but- speak as you find- I have to say that the Atos employees we dealt with at Albert Bridge House in Manchester were professional and kindly. The young woman who interviewed Ailz is a qualified nurse.

The decision should be through in three to four weeks.

Now I feel sort of flat.

Of course you feel flat. It's been months leading up to this assessment and now it's over and all you have to do is wait for results.

S'right. :)

Fingers crossed. I guess whichever way it goes you will be able to say "I told you so" - to someone.

If our case were to be judged purely on the information we've given the authorities I'd be fairly confident at this point, but we know that politics also enters into the equation...

I'm glad that the interview itself was conducted so well... Hope the decision when it comes is kind as well.

Thanks.

The final decision is made by the DWP- not Atos- and we know they're working to an agenda imposed by the politicians.
