Carbs make me sleepy, too. And cheese, although it does tend to have lots of cholesterol, still has less cholesterol than meat. I've begun to read labels, and one hamburger can have something like 65 units of c., whereas the equivalent in even sharp cheddar would be more like 30.
I've been walking more and more, and I've noticed that walking up hills is much easier, so I must be getting back into shape. This week I'm adding an hour's worth of yard work.
Ailz' walking machine: is it quiet or noisy? I was reading about a man who set up his computer on a high table and put a treadmill in front of it, so that he now walks and works!
