Well, if it works for you, do let me know. I kind of miss my potatoes and rice. I'm currently on Atkins and after two weeks, I've shed nearly 5.5 kgs (on the induction phase). I know I can't maintain that weight loss indefinitely, it wouldn't be healthy for one thing, but so far, except for the potatoes, I do like the diet and can stick with it, which says something. I need to shed 20 kg total, so I'm a quarter of the way there and I'm not expecting miracles.
