Ian Duncan Smith

I don't for a moment suppose Ian Duncan Smith will rise to the challenge of living on £53 a week but I've signed the petition asking him to because anything that annoys him must be good.

Signed! Can't believe Cameron used to work in PR - he truly has stuffed his party with the bedroom tax and the 50% tax rate abolition coming into force in the same week. And IDS is the icing on the cake.

The top talent doesn't go into politics any longer- for a variety of reasons.

Me too. I cannot belive this govenment, well i can actually, Tories care little about people who are stuggling.

Cameron, Osbourne, IDS are all riding high on inherited money. They've no idea what it's like down on the street.

I signed this one a while back.

Duncan Smith, dick though he undoubtedly is, has a stange ascetic streak that might just rise to this.

I don't see how he could manage. For starters he couldn't afford the commute from Buckinghamshire to Westminster.

He could get on Norman Tebbit's bike, innit? :o)

Have you also signed this one?

The Change.org petition is causing deep embarrassment to IDS, but this will actually force a debate in the House of Commons if there are enough votes.

I signed that a while back because the idea of it gives me a pleasant mental picture.

Such a shame it won't lead to him trying it no matter how many people sign.

And bless his little silken socks for thinking he already knows how the other half live.
