Weather Report

The sun shone for about 20 minutes yesterday morning then went behind the clouds and stayed there. 

The weather today has been damp and mild. Earlier I walked to the shop without a coat. I'd happily accept a drop in temperature if it came with clear skies attached.

Manolo says he could never live in England precisely because of the lack of sun so often. I hope it gets a bit brighter!

Since I wrote this post- not so long ago- it's started to rain again. "Sigh".

The last six months have been even wetter and drearier than usual. The fear is that climate change is going to make this wetter weather normal.

We've been promised drier colder weather too. I keep looking out the window to see if it's arrived.
