I'm told it's spammers this time not Kremlin goons. Same difference. Spammers, goons, they're all evil.

Thank you for your support. I was afraid I'd get hammered for that last post. 

Yes, there are good reasons for being annoyed with LJ's management, but... This is still my home even though I don't like the wallpaper the landlord's just put up.

Seriously though, some of the recent changes are causing real problems for those of us with sight issues which is why I started x posting from DW long before all this blew up. :o(

I understand the problems you're having. I wish they'd stop messing about with the formats. I don't believe there's any demand for them. It's change for the sake of change.

And DW looks and behaves much like LJ used to before they started P*ssing about! It's still user friendly in a way that this now isn't. :o(

I agreed with your last post. Its not the issues LJ is having in functionality that gets me, its the fact that people immediately start writing posts/comments about how they're leaving because of it. Well, if that is how you think, just go. What do they want, a leaving party?

Personally, I've just re-enabled commenting by anybody in my journal, which I reluctantly set to friends only a few weeks ago, following an escalating stream of cheap bags/pills "comment" spam. If they're taking steps to diminish that impact as well, even better. ^_^

I've been getting a lot of spam too- up to twenty to thirty shots a day- but this morning there doesn't seem to be any. Looks like they won the war. Hooray!
