"What?"

"You've broken the little metal connections."

"That's impossible; they're embedded in the glass."

"Even so..."

"But I haven't done anything more than a windscreen wiper does".

"Don't worry about it"

"But how.....?"

"Cars are pathetic."

I don't really see how you can have, but it isn't clearing properly - maybe it just doesn't like cold weather.

I don't think you can break that.

But, I never scrape the back window. I just turn the car on and put on the defrosts and go back into the house for another cup of tea. By the time I finish, the windows are clean and the car is toasty.
