Out To Lunch

Ruth took us out for an excellent lunch at the Three Fishes in Great Mitton. The building is long and low and must once have been stables. There were wood fires. I drank Black Witch bitter because I liked the name.  After lunch we strolled round the churchyard. The sun was shining steadily on the hillside on the far side of the Ribble Valley and nowhere else.
