Dear Diary,
We were going to take my father-in-law to the wheelchair centre this morning, but when we got to the house he wasn't up to it. I helped myself to a little of his compost so I could pot up some herb seeds we'd been sent as a "free gift".
In the afternoon Ailz went with Odi for a doctor's appointment (minor surgery) while I stayed with the children. I confiscated a pen from Fabi after he'd repeatedly scribbled on the furniture and he spent the rest of our time together kicking the washing machine and yowling.
