Genocide is when you attempt to eliminate a whole race or nation.
That describes what Hitler did.
Stalin murdered people he thought of as political enemies. I don't think that's genocide.
And Putin is waging war. Again, I wouldn't call it genocide.
But I'm splitting hairs. However and why ever you do it killing people is wrong.....
