I wish we had more cool old pubs and fewer chain restaurants with a manufactured "history" (thankfully private equity firms seem to be doing a good job killing them off).

When we go to Vermont in June I am hoping to stop at this place on a forested road called the Man of Kent. They make good hamburgers.
