Aftermath

Storms don't usually keep me awake but last night's did. The wind was blowing so hard I was waiting for something to go crash- only nothing did. I walked round the property this morning and there was one tree less in the hedge and lots of water everywhere. I don't think we've ever been this saturated before.

My parents bought it in the 1970s. It's their idea of the good life.
