The web is my address book. That, and my cellphone for phone numbers. I'd be lost without them.

I recently went on a rampage and threw out all my phonebooks--but then I discovered that when you are trying to find categories of things, like furniture stores, the web sucks. So when my new Yellow Pages arrived, I put it in a place of honor. But I recycled the white pages.

For PIN numbers, I hear you. If I can't set them myself, I can't remember them.
