Mystery Objects
I found these in the cutlery drawer and think they're winkle-pickers- meaning utensils for eating winkles and other shellfish. This is only a guess. Perhaps you know better....

I would believe it; they look like slightly sturdier versions of lobster picks to me. They're lovely.

A winkle is a small shellfish. A lot of British seaside towns have booths that sell them- along with cockles and mussels and other shellfish.

Very likely. You could use them to eat anything that comes out of the sea in armour.
