On A Summer's Afternoon In The 1930s
And then this morning- just before I had to get up- I had a very sweet dream about my mother. She was a teenager- pretty but hoydenish- having tea on the lawn with her parents and brother and there was a young man there who was smitten with her and she was flirtaciously threatening to smack him if he so much as looked at her- and her family were smiling indulgently and going "Oh, Bab!" (short for Barbara- her middle name.)
I don't know if this was an authentic glimpse of who she was- but I can believe it of her.
You burn some Karma, you get a choccie-drop. Nice!
